Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring safe, profitable, timely delivery and high client satisfaction. This role reports to the Operations Manager and involves coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, meeting facilitation, on-site supervision of crews, and maintaining client relations while meeting cost, time, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent required.
• 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects to ensure safety, profitability, timeliness, and quality.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee on-site supervision of general superintendents, field supervisors, and crew members.
• Review project documents, plans and specs; direct construction activities; coordinate field installations and closings; maintain client relationships.
• Visit jobsites to interact with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to ensure progress and safety.
• Report project progress to the Operations Manager and ensure adherence to scope, time and budget.
