Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical projects from start to finish. The role focuses on safety, profitability, production, and quality across diverse markets.

You will oversee site supervision, coordinate materials and schedules, and mentor teams to achieve project goals in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have at least five years of electrical experience, three years of leadership experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years electrical experience.
• Minimum 3 years construction leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work OT, nights, and travel as needed.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and reading construction drawings.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to jobsite supervision on assigned projects.
• Ensure plans and specs are followed and quality standards met.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and scopes for PO and subcontract.
• Coordinate material, tooling and equipment needs with site teams.
• Lead monthly cost reviews for projects and track performance.
• Ensure safety policies are followed across projects.
