Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical installations across diverse markets. You will drive project success by managing safety, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating with field teams and subcontractors.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and technical skills, with a focus on mentoring others and delivering results. This on-site position offers growth opportunities within Ace University and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years electrical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years construction leadership experience.
• Education: High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide general oversight and direction to jobsite supervision on assigned projects.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and scopes for purchase orders and subcontract.
• Monitor quality and/or supervise the monitoring of quality to ensure that all installations meet quality standards.
• Work with superintendents and foremen to ensure that the work on assigned projects meets productivity goals.
• Coordinate material, tooling and equipment needs with the superintendents and foremen.
