Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects across multiple markets from our Valdosta and Georgia locations. You will drive safety, profitability, production and quality goals while coordinating with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical experience and 3+ years in construction leadership, with strong communication and team mentoring skills. Valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Twofold leadership and project oversight responsibilities on electrical construction projects.
• Requires high attention to safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Need knowledge of NEC and electrical theory for field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide general oversight and direction to jobsite supervision on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Monitor quality and ensure installations meet standards.
• Coordinate manpower needs with superintendents and foremen.
• Lead safety policy implementation on project sites.
