Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from planning to execution, ensuring safety, profitability and schedule adherence. The PM will coordinate site teams, manage costs and push for high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, with NEC familiarity and ability to read blueprints and specs. This role requires travel to various project sites and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and mentor others.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Spectrum, Accubid, Bluebeam.
• Understanding of NEC and electrical theory.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience in developing and following construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide general oversight and direction to jobsite supervision on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and scopes for purchase orders and subcontracting.
• Monitor quality and ensure installations meet standards.
• Coordinate manpower and materials to meet productivity goals.
• Lead monthly cost reporting for projects.
