Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, profitability, production and quality goals. You will oversee site supervision, coordinate with superintendents, and manage schedules, budgets and resources across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of electrical experience and 3+ years in leadership, with strong communication and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years electrical experience.
• Minimum 3 years construction leadership experience.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in project tracking and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide general oversight and direction to jobsite supervision on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and scopes for purchase orders and subcontract.
• Monitor quality and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate material, tooling and equipment needs with superintendents and foremen to ensure availability.
