Job summary

EdgeHill Integrated Systems seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multi-trade construction projects in Nashville. You will drive planning, safety, scheduling, and coordination with General Contractors, subs, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing permits, bids, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout, while mentoring team members and upholding EdgeHill values of integrity, precision, growth, and relationships.

Qualifications

• A.S. Degree in a construction related field is preferred, but not required if experience levels are high.
• Minimum of 5 years related construction experience in similar positions is expected.
• Proven track record as a team player and effective manager.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models safety as a core guiding principle.
• Manages project startup, including obtaining permits and licenses.
• Analyzes and scopes subcontractor/vendor bids.
• Manages and oversees overall RFI and submittal processes.
• Leads development, planning, and updating of overall project schedule.
• Coordinates with superintendent and internal teams to maximize profits and mitigate financial risks.
• Mentors and trains others on EdgeHill policies and processes.
