By integrating these major building systems, EIS is able to improve communication, reduce coordination gaps, identify conflicts earlier, and create a more consistent approach from estimating through project closeout. Our focus is not only to perform individual trade scopes, but to understand how each system impacts the others in the field. Through shared planning, coordinated buyout, aligned scheduling, consistent QA/QC, and strong field leadership, EIS supports a more efficient construction process and helps deliver projects with better control, accountability, and predictability.

The Electrical Project Manager delivers projects according to their plans, schedules, budgets, quality expectations, selections and specifications, with the right attitude, courtesy and professionalism as it relates to their team, subcontractors and customers.
