You will build client relationships, oversee planning activities, manage change orders, and ensure safety and schedule adherence across the project lifecycle. A strong background in civil/structural disciplines and field coordination is preferred to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Six or more years of work experience in construction or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• -or- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and maintains client relationships to understand needs from contract through warranty.
• Coordinates development and delivery of project planning services such as estimating, scheduling, and reporting.
• Defines project goals and staffing plans to meet schedule, safety, and quality.
• Manages contract documents, change orders, and risk protections.
