Job summary

Delta Construction Partners is conducting a search for an Electrical Project Manager to join a confidential client in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on coordinating project initiation, forecasting cash flow, and leading project teams through all lifecycle phases from qualification to closeout.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years of PM experience on large electrical builds with budgets over $10M, strong scheduling, cost control, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager on electrical projects up to $10M+ in budget.
• Strong scheduling, production, productivity analysis, change orders, billing, and project planning experience.
• Experience negotiating change orders and coordinating with vendors.
• Knowledge of vendor and procurement management for releases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and forecast cash flow and manpower needs.
• Lead projects and teams through qualification, estimating, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout.
• Ensure all agreements are met, with safety, within budgets and timeframes.
• Establish a project execution plan and provide scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with Superintendent and field team to meet schedule.
