Job summary

• Strong foundation in electricity and electrical systems.

• Ability to review electrical design documents with designers and engineers.
• Background in electrical engineering or related discipline; knowledge of codes and safety standards.
• 5+ years experience managing commercial/industrial electrical projects in construction or building services.
• Organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office apps.
• Relevant certification or license (Journeyman/Master Electrician or PMP) preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with regular site visits.

Role Description The Electrical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort-Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing project schedules, managing subcontractors and field teams, reviewing electrical designs and drawings, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and monitoring project costs and materials. The Electrical Project Manager will also handle change orders, track progress against milestones, conduct site visits, and resolve technical or logistical issues that arise during installation or commissioning. Collaboration with estimating, engineering, and operations teams is essential to support accurate proposals and successful project delivery.

• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
