Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing seeks an Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established electrical contractor's leadership team. You will oversee complex commercial and industrial electrical projects, mentor field personnel, and drive project success through effective planning and execution.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and long-term career growth, with travel as needed and opportunities to lead teams from bidding through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience in industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction.
• Willing to travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customer, vendors, project team, and office support.
• Owns contract, budget, schedule, project planning and execution.
• Responsible for quality assurance and quality control for the project.
• Ensures work is consistent with plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction.
• Resolve inter-group conflicts, project conflicts and delays as required to meet project construction goals.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that requested materials are expedited and received as needed for the construction of a project.
