Job summary

DKD Enterprises in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout, coordinating with owners, contractors, engineers, and vendors to meet safety, schedule, and budget requirements. You will develop budgets and procurement plans, monitor costs, track progress, manage change orders, and ensure proper documentation.

Strong communication with field teams and stakeholders is essential, as is daily attention to cost control

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs and contract documents.
• Proficiency with budgeting, job costing, labor and subcontractor costs.
• Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling and closeout.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from award to final closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, scopes, schedules and requirements.
• Set budgets, schedules, manpower and procurement plans.
• Monitor progress, costs, and quality; address issues early.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field teams.
• Maintain timely communication with field supervision and project teams.
• Lead meetings and document key decisions and actions.
