CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all facets of construction projects from start to finish on sites in Santa Teresa, NM. You will lead project teams, control costs, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, effective communication, and a proven track record in heavy construction management. On-site work with potential travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in construction/engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of extensive experience in trade-specific contracting and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, tracking and projection for each project.
• Lead primary leadership for assigned projects.
• Manage contract costs, billings and cash flow while maintaining client relationships.
• Manage risks and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Attend job progress meetings and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure schedule requirements are met and adjust priorities as needed.
• Provide guidance and develop direct and indirect reports.
