DKD Enterprises is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, and vendors to meet schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects safely and efficiently. You will oversee procurement, change orders, and closeout activities while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, job costing, labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Experience managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project closeout.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively with field personnel, customers, contractors, vendors, and internal staff.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project requirements.
• Establish project budgets, schedules, manpower requirements, and procurement plans.
• Monitor project progress and address issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Coordinate with GC, Construction Managers, owners, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with field supervision and project teams.
• Contribute to project meetings and document key decisions and actions.
• Maintain financial performance of assigned projects.
• Monitor labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and other costs.
• Review job cost reports and flag potential budget issues early.
• Track costs and forecast to complete.
• Review and approve project purchases within guidelines.
• Resolve billing, invoicing, and collection issues with accounting.
