Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from bid through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence. You will manage contract terms, coordinate manpower, and maintain strong client relationships to secure ongoing work.

The role requires knowledge of electrical construction and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and financial analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical construction and theory as taught by a five-year electrical apprentice program or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from bid to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain accountability for project execution and adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to support new and ongoing business, including site walks and scope definition.
• Administer construction contracts, review terms, define scope, price jobs, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower resources to meet project schedules and budget requirements.
• Monitor and control project financials with cost reports, forecasts, and WIP updates.
