Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work out of our Columbia, SC office. The role requires 2-5 years of electrical industrial construction experience, with frequent travel expected.

Qualifications

/2-5 years of electrical/industrial construction project experience in heavy industry.
/Experience managing projects up to $1M with high complexity.
/Proven client relationships and bid development experience.
/Strong leadership, risk management, and learning agility.
/Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
/Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Oversee site projects with clients and supervision, plan resources and priorities.
Manage project costs: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Track scheduling, bids, change orders, and contract scope.
Ensure safety compliance and SIC policies on worksites.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Travel to jobsites to oversee projects.
