Qualifications

• Electrical journeyman with 5+ years of field experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and job orders.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership on site and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and track work to optimize safety and productivity.
• Supervise Foreman and craft workers.
• Support PM with scheduling, productivity tracking, and change management.
• Interpret electrical specs, blueprints, and orders.
• Ensure conformance to specifications through inspections.
• Attend project planning and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain time records and inspect finished work.
• Travel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
