Job summary

You will work with the project manager and team to organize documents, manage the budget, schedule site visits, and coordinate with vendors, clients, and employees to meet project expectations. Responsibilities include preparing estimates and invoices, tracking progress, researching project information, updating milestones, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in managing industrial construction projects or similar
• Experience organizing and maintaining project documents and assisting with budgets
• Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors, clients and team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to plan, develop and oversee site projects
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and track project progress using project management software
• Research and provide project information to support decisions
• Update on project schedule, budget and spending
• Assist with cost management including budgeting and forecasting
• Identify scope changes and communicate milestones with stakeholders
• Develop relationships to identify and cultivate opportunities
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project demands
• Assist in preparing drawings, calculations, and charts as needed
• Ensure compliance with SIC policies and safety requirements
• Monitor SIC safety program and performance of work by all parties
• Provide regular updates of project statuses to management
• Travel to jobsites to oversee projects
• Other duties as assigned
