Job summary

JDI Industrial Services, the industrial maintenance division of J. Davis Inc., seeks an Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to closeout.

You will manage bids, review blueprints, coordinate procurement, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while keeping stakeholders informed. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in electrical construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore/Sage/Viewpoint.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of industrial electricity and codes.
• Experience managing electrical projects with budgets up to $1 million.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Proficient in MS Office and project software.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships to understand and meet goals.
• Manage projects from concept to turnover with timelines and budgets.
• Develop scope documents for Design/Build projects.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate material procurement and permit approvals.
