Industrial Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical contractor serving industrial, commercial, and pharmaceutical markets in Indiana. We seek a Project Manager to drive startup, cost analysis, scheduling, permits, and closeout with the project superintendent.

The role emphasizes safety, process implementation, and cross‑functional coordination across departments. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of electrical industry experience, plus OSHA 30

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• 7-10 years relevant work experience in the electrical industry or a combination of experience and coursework.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Project Start Up
• Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
• Develop a schedule for all phases the build.
• Assist with permits, required due dates, and communicate any impact to the proposed schedule.
• Develop and implement project specific processes and procedures.
• Project Build
• Lead, direct and coordinate day-to-day management and construction activities with the Project Superintendent.
• Manage project costs through ongoing evaluations of labor, material, and equipment.
• Interface with all company departments to resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between the client, company, subcontractors, and government officials.
• Ensure safety measures, procedures, and requirements are met and practiced.
• Project Closeout
• Assist with submission of record drawings, maintenance manuals & warranties for closeout.

• Assist with the submission of record drawings, maintenance manuals & warranties to ensure a smooth and successful closeout.
