Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects from estimating through close-out, based in Toledo, OH or Ft. Wayne, IN. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and profitability with a collaborative team, balancing technical and client needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-voltage or industrial electrical projects, strong power-system knowledge, and leadership capabilities to manage complex teams and critical infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing high-voltage (69kV to 500kV+) OR industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of power systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• 2+ years of electrical construction or commissioning experience preferred.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and ability to drive results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across all phases including budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract interpretation.
• Ensure safety and compliance per OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E, NESC, and company standards.
• Manage labor productivity, staffing, materials procurement, delivery, usage, and returns.
• Collaborate with foremen, field teams, engineers, and clients to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.
• Pursue new opportunities, estimate targeted projects, and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain drawings, field records, change orders, and close-out documents.
