Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to own large-scale electrical project execution from estimating through close-out. Based in Toledo, OH or Ft. Wayne, IN, the role emphasizes safety, quality, and profitability with a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-voltage or industrial electrical projects, strong power systems knowledge, and solid leadership. Travel to regional sites may be required, with competitive health, 401(k), and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-voltage (69kV+) industrial electrical projects or large-scale transmission/substation work.
• Strong understanding of power systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• 2+ years of electrical construction or commissioning experience preferred.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving and results delivery.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with PM tools.
• Education as noted or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project execution from estimating to close-out.
• Enforce safety and compliance with OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E, NESC and internal standards.
• Manage labor, materials, scheduling, budgeting, and contract interpretation.
• Collaborate with foremen, field teams, engineers, and clients to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.
• Pursue new opportunities and grow client relationships to expand work.
