Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer to support high-impact electrical projects from our Ft. Wayne, IN or Toledo, OH offices. You will collaborate with industry experts to deliver innovative solutions and ensure safety and quality standards across all project phases.

You’ll review shop drawings, track submittals, and help build schedules while maintaining cost control and strong communication with superintendents, foremen, and customers. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent field experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Engineering, specifically in the electrical sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in Primavera P6, Viewpoint, AutoCAD, Navis, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or ConEst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and conduct site safety audits.
• Review and submit shop drawings, track project submittals, and build construction project schedules.
• Monitor installed quantities to keep projects on schedule.
• Generate and manage RFIs to ensure project clarity and alignment.
• Engage with customers to strengthen connections and ensure satisfaction.
