Faith Technologies in Omaha is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects, generate new business, and oversee staff.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, 5 years in electrical trades, and 1 year electrical estimating experience, with 15–20% travel. Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office is required; Accubid and AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• 5 years of experience in the electrical trade with 1 year of electrical estimating experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects, ensuring profitability, timeliness, and meeting customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales, etc.).
• Participates in bi-annual field performance review process; conducts timely employee performance reviews and merit increases.
• Maintains employee relations.
• Partners with Human Resources to optimize recruiting and related topics for direct reports.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visits jobsites and interacts with crew, customers, foreman, and GC’s to ensure progress and safety.
