The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering and combined with 5 years in electrical trades and 1 year estimating experience, you will plan, organize, and staff projects while ensuring profitability and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering
• 1 year electrical estimating experience
• 5 years electrical trade experience and 1 year estimating experience
• Travel 15-20%
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may require extra hours to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Plans, Organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects to complete profitably and on time
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships
• Promotes a positive Company Culture and employee relations
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination
• Attends weekly and monthly staff, PM, and sales meetings
• Conducts field performance reviews and merit wage adjustments
• Partners with HR on recruiting, employee relations, and related topics
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy
• Visits jobsites to monitor progress and ensure safe behavior
