Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects to ensure profitability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive culture and coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends regular meetings and conducts staff performance reviews; supports recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews estimates with the Estimating Department and monitors field progress on sites.
