Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in electrical construction.
• Experience managing and estimating commercial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements, labor costs, and material pricing.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Experience with Procore, OSHA 30, and NFPA 70E preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from initial estimating and bidding through execution and closeout.
• Prepare estimates, budgets, proposals, and change orders while maintaining project profitability.
• Oversee project schedules, labor productivity, material procurement, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with field leadership, general contractors, owners, and other trades to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships, identify repeat business opportunities, and support the continued growth of the electrical division.
• Ensure projects meet established safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
