Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile Class A corporate interior projects—from preconstruction through closeout—serving as the primary liaison with owners, tenants, architects, engineers and consultants.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial construction, experience with occupied interiors, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and profitability while guiding a team of engineers, PMs and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing Class A corporate interiors or high-end interiors.
• Experience leading projects in occupied or active facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through preconstruction, turnover, buyout, construction, and closeout.
• Review estimates, scopes, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Identify scope gaps, constructability issues, schedule risks, and potential cost exposures.
• Coordinate permitting, design reviews, and approvals with municipalities and project stakeholders.
• Maintain overall responsibility for project budgets, cost controls, forecasts, and profitability.
