Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects, including mission critical and large-scale ground-up builds. You will collaborate with the Sr.

Project Manager to set objectives, policies and performance standards while ensuring NEC compliance and safety. The role involves managing client relations, bidding, change orders, and pricing, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of electrical construction project management in $10M+ projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Valid electrical license on Journeyman or Master level preferred.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, BIM360, MS Project and P6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall management in all phases of electrical construction projects.
• Develop new business opportunities for clients or regions.
• Ensure work adheres to NEC, safety policies, OSHA requirements.
• Lead project meetings and assist in labor strategy discussions.
• Manage contracts financials to protect company interests.
• Perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related work.
