IES Commercial, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia seeks a Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to closeout.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget for 10M+ electrical initiatives, ensure NEC and safety compliance, represent the company in meetings, and coordinate with clients and vendors. Travel as required; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' electrical construction project management experience with $10M+ projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Valid electrical license on Journeyman or Master level preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; vendor relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management in all phases of construction for one or more commercial electrical projects.
• Develops new business opportunities relative to clients or geographic area.
• Manages projects to exceed customer expectations and ensure NEC and OSHA compliance.
• Establishes project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Represents the company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations and strategy.
• Manages financial aspects of contracts and maintains good client relationships.
