gpac is supporting a well-established local electrical contractor in Redwood City, CA, by identifying an experienced Electrical PM/Estimator to lead estimating and project management for local commercial and industrial projects.

The role involves winning work and guiding projects from estimate through completion, with a strong emphasis on coordination with GC's, vendors, and field teams, ensuring profitability and on-time delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience in both electrical estimating and project management.
• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of electrical materials, labor, and construction methods.
• Experience with estimating software such as Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or similar.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and estimates.

Responsabilidades
