Job summary

gpac is partnering with a well-established local electrical contractor in the Bellevue area to hire an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This role focuses on owning projects from contract through completion for local commercial and industrial work.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, review plans, and maintain strong client relations. The position emphasizes stability, local market focus, and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous Electrical Project Manager experience.
• Commercial and/or industrial electrical background.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with General Contractors, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects on schedule
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Monitor project costs and financial performance
• Attend project meetings and maintain customer relationships
• Help resolve project issues and keep work moving forward
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

A well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from contract through completion.
