Job summary

PowerTech is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to lead large-scale electrical projects, align cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence from planning to execution. You will mentor teams, refine processes, and impact customer satisfaction and business results.

The role requires strong project coordination experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years project coordination or administrative support within a construction environment.
• Electrical project coordination experience is preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers and act as a reliable contact for project needs.
• Assist project management by handling administrative and coordination tasks.
• Track budgets, expenditures, and submit accounts payable with cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Prepare change order requests and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop and execute project work plans, procurement strategies, and schedules.
• Coordinate full project lifecycle from kick-off to closeout and ensure contractual obligations.
