MissionHires is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a national specialty electrical contractor. This senior, client-facing role leads complex electrical construction and power-generation projects from estimating and proposal development through onsite execution, closeout, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in power generation, industrial electrical, or specialty electrical construction.
• 3–5+ years of construction PM with direct P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading complex electrical projects from estimating through completion.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, cost-control, scheduling and change-orders skills.
• Excellent client-management, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction and power-generation projects from proposal and estimating through final closeout.
• Evaluate RFQs, define project scopes, and develop estimates, budgets, and proposals.
• Manage project schedules, costs, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performance.
