You will manage project teams, ensure safety and efficiency, and oversee scheduling and cost management. A strong background in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping is required, along with leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills accompanied by strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and resources.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Team mentality.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft products.
• Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Strong commercial HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping trade knowledge.
• Ability to climb and work in tight areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team's work including field Foreman.
• Create, monitor, and update project schedule.
• Create, monitor, and update cost breakdown.
• Price, negotiate and process change orders.
• Coordinate with Tools & Equipment for job adequacy.
• Manage all subcontractors.
• Ensure job sites are kept safe.
• Estimate projects.
