Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
Experience with substation and power distribution systems preferred.
Familiarity with MEP design.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1-5).
Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals and RFIs.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, P6, CxAlloy, and other construction project management tools.

Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication across the internal team for consistent client delivery.
Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
Apply best practices on all projects.
Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
Manage interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
Facilitate flow of project information via meetings and written communications.
Forecast and update key project milestones.
Oversee local design teams per commission criteria.
Provide technical support to owners, architects, GC and regional stakeholders.
Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
Review status reports, drawings, timelines and costs from engineers and contractors.
Assist in developing client relationships for new opportunities.
Offer strategic advice to achieve client and business objectives.
Capture key learnings from each project for knowledge management.
Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and processes.
