Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Manager for electrical construction in Ashburn, VA, responsible for end-to-end project direction, technical support, and profit-and-loss ownership. The role emphasizes coordination with GC, subs, and unions, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, oversee design-to-construction activities, and contribute to estimating and procurement while ensuring compliant, ethical, and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience with knowledge of the project life cycle.
• Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks and/or BIM).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong financial, analytical, and mathematical skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and unions.
• Approve project staff appointments and wages; provide directions to planning, scheduling, and engineering teams.
• Assist in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and change orders; manage invoices and payments.
• Support safety program implementation and OSHA compliance across projects.
• Maintain all project documentation and logs; uphold company policies and standards.
• Drive customer relationships and contribute to business development and marketing.
