Job summary

Flatiron is seeking a Project Manager to lead technically complex construction projects in Dallas. You will manage a single project contract, oversee the budget, coordinate personnel, and maintain a production schedule to ensure timely delivery and quality, while aligning with owner expectations and contract specifications.

You must have 5+ years in construction/engineering/scheduling, experience managing personnel, a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction, engineering or scheduling.
• Experience in managing personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field highly regarded.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and retain relationships while delegating tasks.
• Proven ability to identify, track and manage project risk, with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and equipment resources.
• Assesses initial project contracts and documents for completeness and resolves conflicts.
• Coordinates with project personnel to update schedules and address change orders.
• Creates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to support the work plan and payment schedule.
