CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Oakland, CA to lead large electrical projects from siting to completion. You will coordinate with senior PMs, manage safety and schedule, and ensure delivery within budget while building strong project teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of electrical PM experience, excellent communication, and a proven track record of profitability across portfolios. Competitive salary and bonus potential offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
• Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.
• Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams on large electrical projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with upper management and Senior PM to ensure safety and timely completion.
• Build and lead project teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• Develop and lead PM goals, procurement and contractual requirements.
