The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience on medium to large commercial projects, strong financial management and scheduling skills, and the ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining client relationships.

• Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability.
• Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Mentor junior project staff and promote operational excellence.
