Elite Executive Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects in the Bay Area. The role focuses on delivering complex projects with strong client relationships and financial accountability.

You will manage scheduling, budgets, and coordination with owners, GC's, architects, and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring junior staff and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
• Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
