The position oversees from preconstruction through project completion, coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
• Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability.
