Job summary

Rexel USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Manager II to join our team. You will manage moderate complexity projects, coordinate orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining clear communication with customers, sales, and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, timely quotations, pricing coordination, and vendor engagement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of moderate profile/complex projects that require a strong level of product knowledge
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve customer issues promptly
• Read through all Purchase Orders to understand requirements and confirm terms
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, orders, claims and returns to meet customer expectations
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
• Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates, and back charge
• Receive day to day requests from the project and large packages from the Quotation team
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals
• Determine vendors and purchase requirements to improve project profitability
• Coordinate with project team for documentation such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, Certificates of Compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
