Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager over commercial electrical work.
• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects up to $10M.
• Experience preparing take-offs and estimates for change orders.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financials including costs, revenue, and margins.
• Coordinate scheduling with general contractors and vendors; manage change orders.
• Lead preconstruction and VDC involvement; ensure alignment with operations.
