Cityscape Recruitment USA seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects across New York City. You will own delivery from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

This role requires 5+ years in electrical construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple scopes and teams onsite. Join a team delivering major electrical projects with long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Electrical construction.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar.
• Strong understanding of Electrical construction projects and systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
• Procore experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee Electrical budgets, schedules, costs and project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage Electrical subcontractors and specialist subcontractor packages.
• Work closely with General Contractors, clients, consultants and field teams.
• Manage subcontractor progress, performance and project deadlines.
• Review Electrical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project reporting.
• Attend site and project meetings to ensure Electrical works remain on schedule.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a range of Electrical construction projects across New York City.

The successful Electrical Project Manager will take ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through to completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Electrical Project Manager with strong construction experience and the ability to manage multiple Electrical scopes and subcontractor relationships.
