Job Details

1. Manage project budgets to ensure scope does not exceed client budgets or impair company profitability; coordinate with team members to address budget issues.
2. Develop front-end project specifications, ensuring they are project-specific for all bid categories.
3. Conduct subcontractor bidding and qualification processes; lead negotiations on scope, price, and terms.
4. Coordinate issuance of construction-related contract documents, including specifications, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related documents.
5. Manage project construction budgets, including reports, invoicing, payments, and maintaining project profitability.
6. Ensure compliance with risk management controls, including insurance and bonding requirements.
7. Develop and manage project schedules, including deliverables, submittals, RFIs, and construction bulletins.
8. Coordinate construction schedules with Field Project Managers.
9. Ensure timely project close-out and analyze project profitability upon completion.
10. Assist project leaders in achieving client satisfaction and securing letters of recommendation.
11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously as required.
