A well-established contractor in the Philadelphia area seeks an Electrical Project Manager to independently manage multiple electrical and general construction projects from bidding through closeout. This role supports a diverse portfolio, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery at LANSDOWNE, PA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction, can oversee 3-5 concurrent projects, and is proficient with Procore and Bluebeam; travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience, ideally as a Project Manager or highly experienced APM.
• Proven ability to independently manage 3-5 concurrent projects, with knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel regionally to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical and general construction projects from preconstruction and bidding through execution and closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, equipment procurement, documentation, change orders, and overall performance.
• Coordinate union electrical crews, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal project stakeholders.
• Visit jobsites as needed to monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and contract requirements.
• Price project scopes and change orders while supporting electrical estimating and procurement activities.
