PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring an Electrical Construction Project Manager in Mt. Airy, MD to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through close-out. The role manages electrical scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating field teams and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management experience with electrical knowledge; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 with strong benefits and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Field experience is a plus.

• Manage change orders, RFIs, and customer issues.
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and inspectors.
• Oversee project close-out and documentation.

A well‑established commercial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. This role is responsible for managing electrical scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating field teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee job costing, forecasting, and financial performance
• Lead pre‑construction and project kickoff meetings
• Support and direct foremen and Assistant Project Managers
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and customer issues
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and inspectors
• Oversee project close‑out and documentation
