Job summary

Ilocatum in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with the experience to lead complex commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. This on-site role requires ownership of budgets, schedules, and safety, while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and clients.

You’ll manage $5M+ projects, ensure code compliance, and leverage Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam to maintain tight forecasts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management on projects $5M+
• Strong hands-on background in electrical systems, materials, and standards
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes and local codes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and material procurement on complex commercial projects
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools, plus Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
